Brittany Caputo joins BYCF

Smile as much as you sweat at 6am HIIT

Working out early is the best way to get it done.

Early-morning exercisers are statistically more likely to develop consistent routines and to achieve their health goals.

That’s why BYCF offers classes every morning, all year long.

Brittany Caputo teaches HIIT on Thursday mornings at 6am. Brittany and her love for fitness were both born in Wilmington, DE, where she began personal training and competing in body building competitions over a decade ago. It wasn’t until 2018 that Brittany truly discovered the mind-body connection, after sustaining a traumatic brain injury in a near-fatal car crash.

Through rehab, she found a renewed sense of gratitude for what both her mind and body could still do and learned how the two work hand in hand. With a newfound love for yoga, breathwork and meditation, Brittany’s health improved. She was able not only to resume high intensity training, but also to return to coaching and teaching fitness classes.

Brittany teaches both neurotypical and neurodivergent students. The autism community holds a special place in her heart, and she has worked with the population as long as she has worked in fitness.

Brittany’s passion for harnessing the mind-body connection and her firm belief that health and wellness should be inclusive to all populations are her driving forces when creating classes. The positive influence of exercise is something she wishes to help everyone experience. With the intent to improve both physical and mental health, her goal is to make you smile as much as you sweat!
