Observe, learn about and practice self-Shiatsu methods, Sotai self-treatment maneuvers (movements) and also partner stretches.
Shiatsu and Sotai are complimentary Japanese practices. Shiatsu uses pressure and movement to restore energy flow, while Sotai utilizes ‘movement away from pain’ to reorganize and restore structural alignment.
Wear loose, comfortable clothes and be prepared to feel great!
