In addition to numerous other retreats and training seminars at Kripalu, the Garrison Institute and Omega Institute, she completed five levels of Warrior in the World training at the Shambhala Center in Philadelphia, a secular Buddhist community. She lives in Mullica Hill, NJ with her husband and two children. No stranger to stress, her day job is being the Chief Operating Officer of the digital division of Aetna Inc. She found the value of meditation while she was a single mom and CEO of a digital start up. She also teaches meditation to Aetna employees in conjunction with the Aetna Mindfulness Office.
