Saturdays in November, 3:15pm! Join Mara Cherubino for a high-energy, easy-to-follow cardio dance class that incorporates the best of HIIT, plyometrics and weight lifting. Your heart will race and your mood will soar! Mara will also be guest teaching a couple Tuesday evenings at 7:30pm. Check the schedule and sign up here!

HotPump starts Tues/Thurs @ 4:15

Join Dan on Tuesday and Thursdays for HotPump. This heated 60-minute workout combines classic weightlifting moves to shape, strengthen and tone your whole body.
