Yoga for You
The first week of YOGALAB is complete and it was a great success! We introduced the basics of Ghosh asanas, pranayama and mudras; we energetically moved through our ashtanga practice; we flowed with Osh and set out on a path to healing with Dean. It was inspiring to see all of you expand your practice and move outside of your comfort zones. We had many members participate and we met some new practitioners but there is room for many more of you!We hope you join us for the next week of YOGALAB! Enjoy the photos of this weekend’s fun.
