Osh has been a practitioner of yoga for over twenty years. Her exploration of hot yoga began at Bikram Yoga Dallas in 2002. In 2008, she was introduced to Vinyasa flow and fell in love. While her first love is Bikram Yoga, she has come to value the benefits of Vinyasa as a compliment to Bikram.
Osh is an E-RYT 200, and a RYT-500 through Yoga Alliance. She completed her 200 hour certification in 2009 and her 500 hour certification in 2013, both from Empowered Yoga.
Regardless of whether you are new to Vinyasa or have practiced Vinyasa for years, this class is for you. Osh will deliver a dynamically sequenced class that utilizes fluid transitions from pose to pose while seamlessly linking body, breath, and movement. In this class, you will build strength, stamina, and stability both physically and mentally.
