Welcome, Nicole!

Please join us in welcoming Nicole Sypherd to the BYCF team!
Nicole Sypherd lives in West Chester with her husband and three daughters. She grew up dancing, mainly ballet, but loved to explore different styles of dance.

Nicole always loved exercising, including taking cardio classes, but after having children she began practicing yoga and pilates. She really enjoyed the movements as they reminded her of her dance experience growing up. She took a few adult dance classes, but then tried Barre about six years ago and became hooked.

Nicole became certified to teach Barre in 2018 through Barre Intensity. Nicole loves how Barre uses ballet movements and pairs them with upbeat and motivating music, but at the same time incorporates stretching to help with mobility. Come join Nicole in Barre and see how simle, purposeful movements can lead to great fitness results!

Join Dan on Tuesday and Thursdays for HotPump.

This heated 60-minute workout combines classic weightlifting moves to shape, strengthen and tone your whole body.

Set to music, this high-rep, low-weight class delivers visible results quickly.

Class is suitable for beginners and open to all.
