This heated 60-minute workout combines classic weightlifting moves to shape, strengthen and tone your whole body.
Set to music, this high-rep, low-weight class delivers visible results quickly.
Class is suitable for beginners and open to all.
Please reserve your spot, so that we can make sure we have equipment for you.
