Sept 14th-20th: the week in pics

 Yoga on the road… Studio life was busy as usual. Megan spent the week training in the Outerbanks…and teaching yoga to runners. Missy took in the PA sights…and trained in Atlanta. We’re all glad to be home and back in the BYCF hot room!
