This is a lifetime practice, which means you have your whole life to get it done
…and that you are stuck with it your whole life, if you want to feel good!
Consistent practice keeps you strong and happy throughout all the seasons of the year. Summer is a great time to practice! Your physical practice improves more in the three hottest months of the year than it does in the remaining nine months combined.
To support you in this endeavor, we are adding 7:30am classes on Tuesday and Thursdays, for this summer only.
Tues/Thurs 7:30am classes started June 17th. Join us!
These classes will be accompanied by quiet music. One of our certified teachers will practice with you and guide you through the practice. Dialogue will be minimal. These classes are not suited to students in their Intro Week.
