Yoga for You
This 8 week adventure, which explores the basics of hatha yoga, began October 5th.

We will follow the adventures of Prana the butterfly who will teach us how to breathe, move our bodies and become still using Bikram hatha yoga pranayama, asana and savasana.
Certified Bikram Yoga Teacher, Jane Clark will lead the class through energy release exercises, storytelling, posture clinics and hatha yoga practice.
Parents are welcome to join the class for sessions 4 and 8, when we will practice a modified Hatha Yoga class as a group.
Class sessions will last 45 minutes and the series is designed for children ages five to nine. Children should wear comfortable clothing that they can move in and bring a yoga mat and a small bottle of water (if desired).
$120 for 8 Saturdays
