Gentle yoga begins in January!

We strongly believe that yoga benefits everyBODY.

Including (and especially) those who require a more gentle introduction to the practice.

Beginning Wednesday, January 9th, Bikram Yoga Chadds Ford will be offering Rajashree’s Gentle Yoga on Wednesdays and Fridays from 2pm to 3pm.

This distinctive series of postures, which was created by Rajashree Choudhury, is similar to Bikram’s Beginning Series. The session is intended to be a semi-private/small-group experience, so it’s a great introduction for anyone who may feel intimidated by our regular (hot) 90-minute classes, in which all levels of students practice together.


The one-hour class will be conducted in a gently warmed (not hot!) room. It is safe for pregnant women, people with more limited ranges of movement, and anyone who is recovering from injury. (Doctor’s permission for yoga is required.)


Pre-registration is requested. The eight-week (16 class) session runs January 9th through March 1st. Price is $225.
